The Network Analyst will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining local and wide area network infrastructure for an energy company. This position will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and efficient plant operations.
What will you do?
As a Network Analyst, You Will
Design and implement local and wide area network infrastructure to support company operations.
Manage the WAN/LAN infrastructure, traveling to various company sites.
Assist with network technology upgrades.
Participate in integration testing and hardware/software installations.
Develop and modify networking tasks within the scope, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Possess strong expertise in Cisco infrastructure and Firewalls.
Manage job assignments independently.
Share knowledge with junior network team members.
Build strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with telecom vendors to complete projects.
What are the requirements?
Bachelor’s degree or related experience
7+ years experience maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure
Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
Understanding of Industrial Control Systems
Aruba Clear Pass experience preferred
Palo Alto experience preferred
Knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies, including OSPF, BGP, NAT/PAT, and VPNs
Cisco routing, switching and security certifications that demonstrate progression towards CCIE and CCSP
CCNP or PCNSE a plus
