Job Summary

The NetSuite Administrator will assist in managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal team member will provide day-to-day user support, assist with end-user training, and support system upgrades and business application integrations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a leading ERP platform and to develop skills in system administration, integration, and support.

Job Goals

  • Enhance NetSuite User Experience and System Efficiency:
    • Provide daily support and troubleshooting for NetSuite users to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Support Date-Driven Decision Making:
    • Ensure data integrity through meticulous management of data migration and system integrations.
  • Expand System Customization and User Training:
    • Participate in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of NetSuite to align with evolving business requirements.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for the NetSuite ERP system, including user management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Support departments with basic reporting tasks and data analysis to assist in decision-making.
  • Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of NetSuite to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in the testing of new NetSuite functionalities or updates to ensure compatibility and stability before implementation.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of user training and documentation.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for system optimization.
  • Assist with data migration, data integrity, and system integrations as needed.
  • Stay up to date with NetSuite releases, features, and functionality to ensure the system is leveraged effectively.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of NetSuite Administrator experience; including the ability to efficiently manage help desk tickets, user provisions, maintenance, along with configuration, support, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with ERP systems and business processes.
  • Basic experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or SQL
  • Certification in NetSuite Administration is desirable but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive attitude in identifying potential issues and proposing solutions. Demonstrated ability to thrive in an ambiguous and changing environment.
