We are looking for a dedicated, caring Neonatologist to provide medical care for premature and critically ill newborn infants. You will work as lead to a multidisciplinary team in our Level II NICU to ensure newborn infants receive the proper treatment for growth and healing.
NNP Responsibilities
Act as primary care to newborn infants in the NICU
Assessing, diagnosing, and carrying out care for at risk newborn infants. Designing treatment plans for infants staying in the NICU
Ordering and performing necessary medical tests and procedures, up to and including neonatal resuscitation.
Educating and supporting parents and guardians in the care of their infant
Medication management
Requirements
A medical degree in Neonatology followed by a successful completion of a residency and fellowship.
Licenses and certifications to practice neonatology.
On call for emergencies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
