Job Overview:

Our client is seeking experienced Superintendents to oversee high-rise multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale residential buildings from ground-breaking to completion, ensuring that projects meet stringent safety, quality, and timeline objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for high-rise multifamily projects.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high construction standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address issues promptly to keep the project on track.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-rise multifamily construction.
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project).
  • Certifications: OSHA 30-hour certification required. LEED accreditation and other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  • Track Record: Proven experience in managing high-rise multifamily projects from start to finish.
