The Opportunity:
You will lead the start-up and daily management of several ‘micro’ production facilities throughout North America. The facilities will use automated production machinery to produce a variety of sustainable packaging products for customers on demand and within close vicinity of their operations. Expect to start by building the plan and management tools needed to execute the vision closely with the
Executive team, and then transition to fully managing multiple sites on an ongoing basis.

What You’ll Do:
Create and execute site start-up plan for production sites identified by Executive team
Build out process and communication tools to define the ‘Bubble Paper Way’
Hire, train and manage multiple Site Leaders, Production Leads, and Associates
Execute and manage daily operations of each site
Oversee and execute logistics and quality functions for each site
Own the operational results for each site
Identify and implement continuous improvement projects
Must-haves:
Proven track record of leading teams in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to create processes, organizational tools, KPI dashboards, etc.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year
4-year engineering or related technical degree
Nice to Have:
Experience with a production site start-up project
Experience with financial projections and/or P&L responsibility
