Brief Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented National Service Coordinator to join our National Service Team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Compensation: $21-$22/hr.

Schedule: Remote, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How You’ll Do It

The primary focus of a National Service Coordinator is to support the National Service team, field stakeholders, and Enterprise customers with a wide variety of clerical, administrative and operational duties. The National Service Coordinator works closely with National Program Managers to improve processes and drive efficiency and customer growth and loyalty.

Position Responsibilities

  • Work daily within Vendor Management Systems (VMS) reviewing customer requisition, submittals, and onboarding starts.
  • Input of customer orders into ATS to coincide with order within the VMS tool.
  • Assist with training, guidance & support to the field for Enterprise accounts.
  • Assist with training and implementation of customers VMS tools, if applicable, to field teams supporting the account.
  • Provide data to support customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal score cards.
  • Disbursement of orders received from MSP/VMS to the field teams with parallel communication to National Sales and Service leadership.
  • Timeclock management, including but not limited to, daily/weekly audit of associate time entry & distribution of weekly timesheet for payroll purposes.
  • Provide Enterprise account leadership with open/unfilled orders reports to ensure knowledge & understanding of the customer needs.
  • Assist with tracking compliancy of customer requirements as outlined in customer agreements.
  • Attend and collaborate in weekly 1/1 coaching & feedback with leadership (as applicable).
  • Initiate on-going self-improvement in relation to job development.
  • All other duties as assigned.


What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of staffing industry experience and/or 1+ year of customer support experience
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities/projects
  • Ability to shift priorities in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to effectively build relationships with internal associates & customers
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate and analyze customer data & requirements
  • Strong commitment to company core values and guiding principle
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, with focus on excel

Physical Requirements: To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and customers. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 – 50 pounds. Requires good hand/eye coordination, arm/hand/ finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information. The staff associate is frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
