National Sales Representative

RefrigiWear, Inc. of Dahlonega, GA is looking to hire a driven National Sales Representative to join our growing B2B Outdoor team.

This is a new position and is compensated with a competitive base and uncapped monthly bonus package. We also provide a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with generous company match, life and wellness plans, considerate paid time off (PTO), car allowance, and more! This position is remote/home office based, but you should expect to spend time in our corporate offices as well. 50%+travel expected. This is an Individual Contributor role.

The ideal candidate will reside in the MidWest/Great Lakes region. Also accepting applicants in the Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN or Indianapolis, IN area - acknowledging frequent travel.

As the leader in the industrial insulated apparel industry, we are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and talented salesperson to help lead our growth in the B2B Outdoor markets. We are looking for a hunter that can encourage the growth of assigned accounts in the US and Canada as well as uncover new opportunities in the B2B Industrial safety space.

A strong National Sales Representative at plan can expect to earn $100K-$130K+ annual earnings in the first year.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A REFRIGIWEAR NATIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

You will play a vital role in managing current accounts and driving new business through the roof!

  • Support/train our Distribution customer base as well as targeting end users to introduce the brand and gain the "Pull Through" sale.
  • Professionally grow and manage National Accounts within the B2B Outdoor segment.
  • Introduce new, world class products and provide expertise to drive demand.
  • Manage leads and business opportunities from initial call to development as a customer.
  • Exceed monthly sales calls, follow up, and administrative requirements.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
  • Must be collaborative with team and demonstrate solid communication skills.
  • Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding product offered to optimize sales results; remain up-to-date with new product initiatives, services, industry trends and other relevant information of interest to customers.
  • Research, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system (NetSuite) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • A BA/BS degree from a nationally accredited college or university is required.
  • Direct B2B sales experience of 3-5+ years, Safety Industry preferred
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently from a home office.
  • A track record of successfully achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • A continuous and verifiable record of integrity, ambition, and accountability.
  • Results driven, strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and cultural fit, which has a significant and strategic focus on sales.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
