My client is seeking a dynamic sales manager to drive growth in technology staffing for federal projects. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic proposals. This role will develop into a team lead fairly quickly to manage the existing sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
  • Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years' relevant experience within the technology contract staffing market
  • experience working with federal contractors a big plus!
