This pivotal role is designed for a visionary leader who not only brings a deep understanding of fashion retail but also possesses the agility to navigate the diverse landscapes of major department stores and independent boutiques.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our presence in premium department stores, while also deepening our reach within influential independent boutiques across the United States.
Leverage a robust network of contacts within the industry to secure and grow market share, ensuring both brands are top-of-mind in the luxury segment.
Manage and optimize a team of dedicated independent sales representatives, ensuring comprehensive coverage and exceptional service across all regions.
Drive cross-selling initiatives between our apparel and footwear lines, crafting integrated solutions that meet the evolving needs of our discerning clientele.
Maintain meticulous organizational standards, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic use of technology to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
7-15 years of proven experience in sales management within the fashion industry, with a significant track record in both department store and boutique settings.
They have established relationships with key stakeholders in major department stores and premium independent retailers nationwide.
You have demonstrated the ability to lead and inspire a team of independent sales representatives, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
High proficiency in contemporary sales software and CRM tools and a knack for swiftly adapting to new technologies.
An approachable personality that blends friendliness with confidence, capable of nurturing lasting relationships with partners and clients alike.
