We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to join our clients team. As a provider of innovative and stylish aftermarket wheels, they are dedicated to delivering excellence to enthusiasts globally. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in aftermarket custom wheel business growth and sales, account management, and a strong understanding of aftermarket custom wheel market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Mentor team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets
Oversee current accounts and drive new business development and strategy.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their business needs
Provide recommendations to senior management on sales strategies, marketing trends, and opportunities for business growth
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and support sales initiatives, including logistics, marketing, and product development
Utilize extensive knowledge of aftermarket custom wheel industry to advise customers and drive sales strategy and new business growth
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
Serve as a liaison between the company and partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to streamline operations and process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
7+ years of experience in the automotive wheel industry, with a proven track record of sales success
7 + years account executive experience
Have established networks and contacts in the aftermarket custom wheel industry
Proven business growth experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel as needed
Experience with social media platforms and marketing trends
Knowledge of operations is an asset
Benefits:
Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
