National Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to join our clients team. As a provider of innovative and stylish aftermarket wheels, they are dedicated to delivering excellence to enthusiasts globally. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in aftermarket custom wheel business growth and sales, account management, and a strong understanding of aftermarket custom wheel market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Mentor team, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets
  • Oversee current accounts and drive new business development and strategy.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their business needs
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on sales strategies, marketing trends, and opportunities for business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and support sales initiatives, including logistics, marketing, and product development
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of aftermarket custom wheel industry to advise customers and drive sales strategy and new business growth
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to streamline operations and process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in the automotive wheel industry, with a proven track record of sales success
  • 7 + years account executive experience
  • Have established networks and contacts in the aftermarket custom wheel industry
  • Proven business growth experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing trends
  • Knowledge of operations is an asset

Benefits:

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually
