National Sales Director

The National Sales Director is responsible for all things sales related with strategic planning, sales focus, business acumen, and management skills in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales team.

Must Have Experience With In-home Sales.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop sales strategy and plan implementation.
    • Develop departmental policies, KPI tracking reports and daily, weekly and montly performance audits.
    • Sales Forecasting and budgeting.
    • Forecasting quotas and determining sales objectives.
    • Competitor analysis.
    • P&L Management.
    • Marketing vision.
  • Sales Focus
    • Motivation for sales - Goal driven.
    • Data analysis to identify trends in the market and at the market level.
    • Creating sales reports.
    • Monitoring sales metrics.
    • Exceeding annual sales targets.
  • Business Acumen
    • Understanding industry-specific trends and landscapes.
    • Business Development.
    • Marketing products.
    • Developing customer satisfaction programs.
  • Management Skills
    • Previous sales team management.
    • Building relationships.
    • Sales performance management.
    • In-Home sales fluency.
    • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
Who You Are

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in an executive level position such as Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, or Regional Sales Manager.

    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Proven ability to manage and motivate a large-scale sales team (multi-unite)
