National Sales Director

Job Description

Position Overview: The Sales Director at Armatus Dealer Uplift will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management; experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to help a team build and maintain strong client relationships. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Foster a high-performance sales culture through effective coaching and development.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales objectives with overall business goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their business performance.
    • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within the company.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
    • Implement and optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
    • Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.
    • Represent Armatus Dealer Uplift at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar senior sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
