Responsibilities
As a National Sales Trainer, you will be crucial in developing and implementing our corporate training program for our national retail partners. Your role will involve working closely with store teams to enhance sales performance and drive product and service promotions. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting engaging and effective training sessions applying various techniques
Cultivating strong relationships with store management to support communication and updates
Developing and refreshing training materials for relevance and impact
Providing continuous support and coaching to retail staff to elevate their performance
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives
Traveling to different locations for training and support (approximately 80% travel)
Key Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications to join our team:

Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Retail sales or corporate training background (appliance and electronics experience is advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
