Array Corporation is seeking a National Operations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! The Head of Business Service Delivery Design at Array plays a pivotal role in spearheading the establishment and management of workforce engagement for clients. Collaborate with key client stakeholders to understand specific client requirements, successfully set up an operation, and transfer to local brands for ongoing management.
Job Description:
Liaise with clients to understand their operational needs and gather requirements.
Develop customized operational solutions tailored to meet client objectives and enhance productivity.
Design and implement operational workflows, processes, and performance metrics.
Establish productivity goals and tracking mechanisms to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Recruit, train, and manage labor and management teams for on-site operations.
Conduct marketing activities and interviews to identify and onboard suitable candidates.
Develop a comprehensive playbook outlining standard operating procedures for each project.
Ensure that on-site managers are executing the playbook and can independently manage operations.
Foster strong client relationships through proactive service delivery and ongoing communication.
Ensure client satisfaction by quickly addressing client concerns and collaborating to resolve service issues.
Position Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work with diverse members of the community, clients, and managers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Perform multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
