The National Accounts Sales Administrative Assistant will provide excellent administrative support to our National Accounts sales/contracting team. This role requires strong organization skills, detail oriented with familiarity in Google office, a high proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, various CRM’s & managing video webinars. This individual will report directly to the National Accounts Director. Must have at least one year in a sales administrative role.


**This is a 1099 independent contracting position - 40 hrs/week - $28.85/hr**


Accountabilities:

  • Managing expiration reports: Pull data from Salesforce, credential expiration reminders to franchisees
  • Franchisee Location Spreadsheets - Heat Maps: pulling data from Salesforce for new and existing locations to ensure national partners have the most up to date data
  • National Partner Overviews
  • Website & Newsletter Updates
  • Webinar set-up
  • National Partner Portals’ monitoring & referral requests/response monitoring
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records in various CRM systems
  • Uploading documents: Receiving and uploading all NA credentialing documents, including License, COI, W9


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with other departments & cross-functional teams
  • Assists National Accounts team daily with administrative duties
  • ComForCare Location Spreadsheet - Process & At A Glance Updates
  • New and Closed Offices- Update Location Spreadsheet - Process Email Merge & At A Glance


Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Utilization Management Reports from Partners - See NA UM Tracker
  • Expiration Notices: W-9’s, Certifications, Insurance - See Training Docs for Process
  • National Accounts Contracts - Place in Concord
  • Update Enrollment Trackers for franchisees
  • New NA's Launch & Updates Webinars - Zoom
  • Assist with Yearly Rate Survey - August/First week in September - Due EOB October


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior sales support experience is preferred.
  • Prior franchise experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and quality of work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Maintains an optimistic, positive and respectful demeanor at all times
  • A self-starter who is able to work effectively independently as well as within a team.
