Fetch for Pets is looking for a National Account Manager-Grocery/Drug Channel to join our team! Fetch is growing & needs passionate people to bring our products to pet lovers worldwide! In this role you will own and manage Fetch for Pet’s and retailer/distributor partners strategic plan through internal and external collaboration. You will build partnerships with retailers and distributors by understanding and supporting their business and inspiring them with our BEST-IN-CLASS Brands and products. You will be responsible for delivering top line sales and bottom-line profit targets through planning, execution, and comprehensive business management.


**PET INDUSTRY AND GROCERY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **


What You’ll Do:

  • on existing and NEW retailer/distributor partners to create targeted, business and brand building programs that drive volume and growth YOY
  • channels of concentration include independent pet retailers, distributors & grocery.
  • the Fetch business by using innovative sales and marketing concepts to achieve assigned goals in all key measures.
  • P&L for your specific retail/distributor partners.
  • across internal teams (i.e. product development, licensing) to ensure maximizing sales and opportunities.
  • data to drive sales including identifying opportunities, under-performing accounts, potential loss of distribution and other variances.
  • and deliver effective and engaging sales presentations that influence customer partners and deliver results.
  • and implement strategic business plans within assigned accounts and channels to drive category/brand/product growth and achieve or exceed sales/profit goals.
  • cross functionally with Fetch teams for effective, innovative and best in class service and brand/product programs.
  • performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
  • quarterly/annual budget and goal accountabilities.
  • a positive FETCH experience by providing TOP TIER customer service to our retailer and distributor partners.
  • execution of everyday business, including customer forms and reports, item/deal set up, maintenance, logistics, etc.
  • with external broker network to maximize sales reach (where applicable).


Who You Are:

  • in the industry of pet; experience specific to grocery and grocery distributor network is a must.
  • with industry knowledge—competitive landscape, industry trends, etc. Use information to drive sales (better pricing, revenue management, production positioning, etc.).
  • valuable trade shows, table-tops, conferences and other industry events; participate / lead planning for events; be an excellent company ambassador.
