Job Description:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students in a positive environment.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for students.
Maintain accurate and complete student records and prepare reports on students' progress and development.
Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a safe and conducive learning environment.
