Who We Are

PCCA serves compounding pharmacies, the creative problem solvers of personalized medicine. (Yes, a science world that’s surrounded by creative inspiration!) As part of our internal creative/marketing agency, our multimedia team supports marketing initiatives, education events and conferences, product promotions, company meetings/celebrations and more. This means we’re often troubleshooting on the fly, using our resourcefulness to make things happen. So we’re hoping you embrace a “challenge accepted” mentality, because being able to adhere to guidelines and navigate curveballs in creative ways is essential to what we do. As a photo pro, you pride yourself on the precision of your product photography, knowing that details, details, details define the big picture. (Shoot products with crooked labels? Shutter to think! Ha ha!) And while image composition is obviously key, the composition of our team is just as important.

That’s why we need your storytelling ingenuity — that clever concepting and ideation. You’re always ready to collaborate with team members, so you can take creative risks. You’re a great listener and tend to be humble, but you’re also a comfortable conversationalist and not afraid to share your thoughts. You’re curious, even studious, when it comes to finding creative ways to showcase scientific topics.

Since you’ve been a one-person shreditor,” you’ve got the patience, resilience and adaptability it takes to collaborate with clients and company leadership. You can work through time constraints, tackle course changes and have the ability to handle feedback, good or bad. And none of that dulls your passion for photography and video. You still geek out on the brilliance of great marketing and advertising imagery!

We know you’ll like how we offer the stability of corporate job (steady pay, great benefits) with the open-minded atmosphere and energy of a creative agency. Most of our work is very much a team effort, but each of us has moments to shine.

The Company You Keep

We suspect you’re craving a positive company culture where every day is a meaningful day. If this sounds like you, then you sound like us. At PCCA, we’re proud to produce truly incredible products that enable pharmacists to improve patients’ lives. That’s because we live in a world where the dominant mentality is “let’s make the world a better place.” You’ll see our values are more than just words on a wall – we walk the walk every day. And you’ll find our benefits are just as great as the people you’ll get to work with and your opportunities for growth.

Could this be the moment you get back to your future? You’ll be producing impactful work and continuing to develop your multi-talented-ness in a role you can grow and shape as you go. Don’t forget to bring your Star Wars references and Trekkie lingo! When we get to talk to you, be sure to ask about our team mascot.
