Multimedia Intern at Stone Watson (Barrington, IL)
Stone Watson is seeking a dynamic and fast-learning Video Editing Intern to join our team. As a marketing agency focused on video for major product launches, we serve a wide array of industries throughout the USA. You will play an important role in creating captivating and impactful multimedia content for our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities:
Edit rough drafts, ensuring high-quality output while using our organizational structures.
Assist in versioning out motion graphics animations for various industry sectors, such as gaming, education, and healthcare.
Pull selects, organize, and transcode footage.
Manage clip organization, downloading, uploading, and overall project file management.
Assist the founder with video-related tasks, including pulling clips and providing support during shoots.
Conduct creative research as assigned and handle office-related tasks.
Perform sales research and data wrangling and organization.
Perform various marketing related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Willingness to work at the location that best suits our project requirements.
In-Office in Barrington, IL. (5-minute walk from Metra station).
Technical Skills and Software Proficiency:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of editing principles and apply them effectively.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
Have a basic knowledge of Adobe Suite, with a particular emphasis on Adobe Premiere.
Basic understanding of Davinci Resolve for color grading and color correction.
Basic audio editing skills, including knowledge of LUFs, loudness, and proper DBs range for online delivery standards.
Organization and Efficiency:
Showcase strong organizational skills.
Assist in managing clip organization, downloading, uploading, and overall project file management.
Aid in collecting and archiving projects to maintain an efficient workflow, adjusting workflow and file management to ensure smooth operations.
Assist the founder with video-related tasks, including pulling clips and providing support during shoots.
