Multifamily Real Estate Sales Advisor

We're looking for candidates who live in the Western part of the U.S. and are knowledgeable about their local Multifamily Real Estate market.

The Mogharebi Group (TMG) is one of the nation's most successful multifamily brokerage firms. We expand with experienced Advisors who leverage our unique approach, broker platform and client needs. We generously support brokers by helping them scale what they do best, close multifamily transactions. Through leveraging TMG's shared knowledge, clients sell and purchase multifamily assets with certainty.

We will provide our Advisor with:

• An exclusive territory to develop and expand free of internal competition; this encourages a true alignment and partnership with TMG and your fellow Advisors.

• Advisors work in a shared database and support each other across territories for maximizing results.

• Professional development and mentoring; access to a fulltime national sales manager.

• Investment underwriting and analysis

• BOV/Proposal materials and preparation

• Meeting / Presentation – strategy and support

• Research services – Market, investor contact, property, industry

• Marketing collateral (offering memorandums, brochures, website) and PR support

• Investment sales & marketing strategy and support

• Transaction management (listing agreements, PSA, escrow, etc.)

Active real estate license required. Focused on exclusively representing clientele in the closing of multifamily investment properties nationwide.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills, including active listening and conflict resolution
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Client service expertise, with experience in building and managing relationships with clients
• Proven sales record with experience in generating leads and closing sales
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Active Real Estate License
