Job Tittle - Mortgage Servicing - Operations Specialist

Location: Dallas , TX (Onsite )

Contract

Client need an Operations specialist in mortgage servicing domain. Location is Dallas . No remote option. Candidate must go to office.

  • Cash and Escrow Escrow Administration (Hazard Insurance, Loan Insurance (PMI, MIP), Property Tax, Credit Insurance) and Escrow Forecasting & Analysis
  • Payment Processing & Reconciliation
  • Special Loans First and Second Liens, ARM's, GPM's, Buydowns, structured payment products
  • Investor Reporting & Remitting-Support Client, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, Conventional and USDA loans
  • Loan Account Servicing-Loan payment reversals, mortgage unapplied reconciliation, unposted payment processing and loan payoffs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas Texas location or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
  • U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time
  • At least 5 years of experience in End-to-End value chain in one or more areas like Mortgage Loan Servicing, Mortgage Default management and Foreclosures.
