Mortgage Loan Processor -- Remote | WFH

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor who excels in building strong relationships with Loan Originators and Customers. This role is crucial in supporting our team throughout the loan process.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Independently calculate various types of self-employed income.
• Ensure funding for a minimum of 20 units per month, with goals set for subsequent months.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely loan closings.
• Stay updated on market conditions and maintain product knowledge.
• Proficiently use AUS systems.
• Adhere to all mortgage lending laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc., to streamline the mortgage process.
  
  

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Minimum 3 years of recent retail Mortgage Processing experience.
• Knowledge of TRID regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines.
• Experience with LoanSoft LOS is advantageous.
• Salesforce and database management skills are a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
