With us, it's more than just about generating loans - we furnish you with direct appointments and leads sourced from our established clientele, priming you for immediate origination opportunities.
Aligned with one of the top real estate teams in the region, we're committed to providing you with a seamless experience. Our in-house Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) diligently set up appointments with potential clients directly for you. Collaborating closely with our dedicated real estate agents, you'll deliver efficient and seamless service to our valued clients. While you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, being based in the same state as your assigned agents is preferred.
We expect you to cultivate your existing referral network while capitalizing on the direct appointments and leads facilitated by our ISAs. Backed by our robust network and streamlined processes, we're poised to significantly enhance your productivity.
Work Environment

Monday to Friday schedule with weekend availability
Compensation
Commission-based position with immediate origination opportunities
Highly competitive commissions ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 annually
Responsibilities
Verify loan feasibility based on available programs and investor guidelines.
Review and analyze all loan documentation, including appraisals, loan applications, credit reports, income, assets, and title insurance.
Ensure accuracy of AUS findings and program applicability.
Input loan file documentation accurately into relevant software programs.
Review and submit applications and conditions to underwriters for approval.
Coordinate ordering of third-party documentation and reports.
Provide regular status updates to Mortgage Loan Officers.
Identify and address potential issues, communicating effectively with Mortgage Loan Officers.
Monitor overall loan processing cycle time to ensure timely closure.
Obtain and verify clearance of all underwriting conditions, preparing files for submission to closing.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance as an essential function of the role.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Demonstrated track record of originating purchase loans.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort and willingness to utilize video conferencing on a daily basis.
Preferably possess a college degree.
Proficient in technical skills, including Microsoft or Google Suite, and experience using CRM systems for lead management.
