Job Duties
Gather information requested by underwriting to make credit decisions
Prepare closing packages
Communicate with title companies, appraisers, realtors, members, and mortgage staff to obtain necessary information and order outside services as needed
Assist the Mortgage Servicers in the ongoing collection and documentation of data for the annual HMDA Reporting to NCUA
Following a training period in Antigo, this position has the potential to work out of the Antigo, Neenah, DePere, or Wausau CoVantage locations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferably have prior mortgage experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people
Strong attention to detail, while working accurately under pressure
