Looking for a loan processor to review potential loans, gather documents, enter into our mortgage software and communicate with title, loan coordinators, and loan officers to help facilitate a quick and easy closing for our borrowers. Boomerang Capital is a privately held REIT in Mesa, AZ that lends to real estate investors for fix and flip properties (Hard Money loans). Small office that does a lot of loans. Everything is in house: Origination, Underwriting, Processing, and Servicing. Any experience in Real estate is great, especially in loan processing or underwriting. Most important is someone that is cheerful and organized. Come join our team!
