Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Originate consumer-based residential mortgage loans.
- Supervise and guide mortgage loans from origination through processing, underwriting, approval, closing, and funding stages.
- Select and promote the most suitable loan products we offer.
- At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage or real estate industry.
- Licensed and approved with NMLS.
- Strong knowledge of loan origination, mortgage lending, and underwriting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual
