Position Summary
Our licensed Loan Officers receive high-quality leads through advanced technology and marketing channels. In a dynamic, high-volume environment, they engage nationwide clients, assess financial needs, and recommend tailored mortgage solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage warm client transfers daily, focusing on closing ratios.
Secure loans at point of sale, initiate documentation, and oversee initial processing, supported by administrative staff.
Collaborate with Loan Processors to streamline transactions and prioritize new client acquisitions.
Requirements
NMLS SAFE Act compliant with state licensure.
Alternatively, documented sales experience in lieu of a license.
Ability to connect effectively via phone, build client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking skills and proactive communication abilities.
