Your role involves analyzing financial information to make informed loan decisions and providing exceptional service throughout the loan process.
Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct thorough interviews with mortgage loan applicants, offering support over the phone or electronically.
Evaluate financial documents and information to assess loan applications, considering factors like borrower credibility, capacity to repay, and credit history.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses to member inquiries and maintain high service standards.
Promote our range of mortgage products tailored to meet individual member needs.
Recommend loan structures, terms, and amounts based on comprehensive analysis.
Prepare accurate loan documentation and manage the loan closing process efficiently.
Educate members on financial planning and credit management, fostering positive financial outcomes.
Network within the community to expand our mortgage lending business.
Skills And Qualifications
Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes and consumer credit.
Ability to analyze financial data and make well-founded recommendations on loan approvals and terms.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with members and explain product benefits effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and loan application software.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Education And Experience
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Finance preferred.
Previous experience in mortgage lending, banking, or sales is advantageous.
Proven success in meeting business goals and developing customer relationships.
Valid driver's license and access to transportation for occasional travel may be required.
