What You'll Be Doing
Evaluating loan applications to determine eligibility based on financial status, credit history, and property evaluations.
Assisting clients in selecting the best mortgage products that fit their needs and financial circumstances.
Guiding clients through the mortgage application process, from pre-approval to closing.
Staying updated on Massachusetts mortgage lending laws, regulations, and market conditions.
Building and nurturing relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
Ensuring timely collection and submission of all required documents.
Providing clear and accurate information to clients about loan terms, conditions, and costs.
Collaborating with underwriting and closing departments for smooth processing of mortgage loans.
Our Ideal Candidate Has
High school diploma or equivalent.
Newly licensed Loan Officers are welcome!
A passion for customer service and helping others achieve their goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset and good decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in mortgage loan software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Licensed by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), or ability to obtain licensure.
