We're seeking motivated and professional Mortgage Loan Officers who embody our principle of Mortgage Intelligence. With uncapped commissions, robust technology, and a steady stream of leads, you'll have the tools to grow your business effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain a strong network of referral partners and customers.
  • Generate business through referrals and relationships with individuals, existing clients, and real estate professionals.
  • Complete loan applications (1003) accurately and gather necessary documentation from borrowers.
  • Assess clients' financial situations to recommend suitable loan products.
  • Negotiate loan terms with clients to ensure transparency and fairness.
  • Manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
  • Maintain open communication with our Operations team to facilitate efficient loan processing.

Requirements

What You Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of mortgage loan origination experience.
  • Active NMLS license(s) or eligibility for Temporary Authority to Operate.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines.
  • Excellent personal management skills focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong sales skills with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
