Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain partnerships with real estate agents, contractors, and other referral sources to grow our home loan business.
Network and Promote: Represent us at industry events, seminars, and networking functions to expand our brand and generate leads.
Business Development: Educate potential borrowers on our products and services, guiding them through the loan application process.
Loan Application Assistance: Assist applicants with the loan process, ensuring thorough credit evaluations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and exceed member expectations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in home finance originations.
NMLS registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator required.
Knowledge of mortgage lending laws and regulations.
Experience with loan origination systems preferred.
