Compensation

• Annual Salary: $55,000
  
  

Responsibilities

• Promptly address all inquiries from both internal stakeholders and clients, offering quotes as necessary to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Thoroughly review loan package documentation for accuracy, identifying any discrepancies or errors and promptly notifying the loan originator.
• Maintain consistent communication with Loan Officers, referral partners, and clients throughout the loan process, acting as the primary point of contact and scheduling necessary meetings.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with referral partners and clients to enhance client retention and foster new business opportunities.
• Coordinate the completion of loan applications, collect required documentation including credit reports, perform automated underwriting, and prepare files for processing.
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in automated underwriting systems such as DU and LP.
• Thorough understanding of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and familiarity with mortgage processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to accurately analyze income, asset documents, and credit reports, and adeptness in structuring loan information effectively.
