Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a Mortgage Corporate Sales Trainer to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania! The Mortgage Corporate Sales Trainer provides ongoing training and coaching to Call Center Loan Advisors. This role is essential in fostering an atmosphere of continuous performance improvement within the Call Center and ensuring alignment with the Sales Development team's goals. This Contract opportunity offers $36-$40/Hour!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educate Loan Advisors on company systems, processes, procedures, sales scripts, compliance requirements, and customer service skills.
• Oversee Loan Advisors during their training production phase, focusing on the use of call scripts, sales techniques, best practices, and reinforcement training to achieve or exceed performance targets.
• Lead call reviews and coaching sessions to enhance performance.
• Examine production reports featuring key performance indicators and provide progress updates to sales leaders during the transition of Loan Advisors from training to active sales teams.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all Call Center products and underwriting guidelines.
• Assist in creating training materials for coaching sessions and classroom presentations.
• Report to the Manager of Sales Development and work with team members to execute the mission statement.
• Support Call Center initiatives and training pilots.
• Set an example and aid in the onboarding of new Corporate Trainers-Sales.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years in Mortgage Sales or related training experience.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain state mortgage originator licenses by completing necessary requirements.
• Self-starter, goal-oriented professional focused on delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Strong functional knowledge of call center operations, mortgage products, and underwriting guidelines.
• Proficient in analyzing performance data and translating it into actionable coaching insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and coaching.
• Ability to develop engaging training materials and presentations.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
