Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Branch Manager at Geneva Financial LLC. The Mortgage Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a branch, managing a team of loan originators, and ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations. The Mortgage Branch Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Industry, Loan Origination, and Mortgage Lending expertise
• Experience in Mortgage Marketing and Finance
• Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or Loan Originator (preferred)
