Duties

• You will program and operate computer-numerical-control (CNC) machine tools.
• You will utilize computers for part programming and input or output of production control data.
• You will be responsible for independently planning, laying out, modifying, fabricating processes and procedures and require knowledge in more than a single trade.
• You will be responsible for a variety of projects including unique and one-of-a-kind prototype models.

Qualifications

Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: I have the ability to perform common tasks including: 1) Working on a variety of projects including unique and one-of-a-kind prototype models. 2) Ability to work with engineers and planners in multiple trades (i.e. welding, sheet-metal); 3) Providing solutions for manufacturing complex assemblies and providing guidance for the development of junior workers; and 4) Designing unique fixtures and tooling for hardware production.
