Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mitigation Crew Chief at Centex Restoration. As a Mitigation Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a team in mitigating and restoring damaged properties. This includes overseeing the mitigation process, coordinating with team members, and ensuring high-quality work. While this is a role based in San Marcos, TX, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with construction and/or restoration equipment
