We are looking to add another A+ player to our team for the long haul so we can serve even more amazing clients.

We help real estate agents get ideal-client listings in a systematic way so they can serve even more incredible clients with their American Dream—WITHOUT cold-calling, door-knocking, begging for referrals, chasing dead-end online leads, or never-ending social media.

Do you love to serve and enroll clients into a mastermind so they can continue to grow and scale? We are looking for a heart-centered, driven, intelligent world-changer who wants to work from home, and earn $80,000-$160,000+ a year doing it with massive schedule flexibility. Zero client prospecting, zero marketing and advertising. You get to serve the awesome clients our team enrolls, with minimal administrative work and an incredible team environment. 

Picture what it would be like to change lives with every single client. Lovingly getting people to the truth, to a breakthrough, and helping them open the door to the freedom they got into real estate in the first place to be able to have.

We're looking for people who take pride in their work. They always seek to improve. They take personal responsibility for their results.

You are already an expert, and your exceptional people skills, mindset coaching skills, and ability to keep clients engaged and enrolled in continued coaching will make you excel here. We also have a proven script process that has data from hundreds and hundreds of client coaching calls you can follow. You will serve with integrity and ethics to serve clients, and for those who are the right fit, enroll them into our continued coaching mastermind with no pressure, and no hard-close tactics. You will have the opportunity to see how the best do it to build your mastery as a 1099 contractor.

Who shouldn’t apply—

• If you like to take shortcuts and do "just enough" to get by, it's not a fit.
• If you own your own coaching business or want to continue practicing real estate, it is not a fit.
• If you are easily hurt, angered or judgmental toward others it is absolutely not a good fit.
• If you have a belief that coaching should never involve an enrollment conversation, it is not a good fit.

Who should apply—

• If you genuinely care about seeing others break through and aren't afraid to call things as they are, you are a fit.
• If you are the type of person people refer to as an “A+ player,” you are a fit.
• If you can receive feedback and pivot accordingly and quickly so you can sere better and enroll more awesome people into our mastermind so they can continue to grow, you are a fit.
• If you have sky-high INTEGRITY, you are a fit. Doing the right thing and saying NO when someone is not a fit has to be more important to you than making a sale.
• If you are committed to excellence in everything you do with proof in your ACTIONS, not just words, you are a fit.

As the mindset coach, the client experience hinges directly on YOU and the mindset tools you support them in building. It's your job to pull people out of mediocrity and introduce them to a bigger, better, more wonderful vision for their life.
