Our ideal candidate must have an active book of business, a minimum of 3 years of experience as a logistics sales/freight broker professional, and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer interactions, including fostering relationships, making calls, and closing deals.
  • Using our CRM to identify, call, and prospect core and strategic customer opportunities.
  • Prospecting, planning, and conducting meetings with new customers.
  • Understanding customers’ business supply chain goals and providing tailored solutions.
  • Visiting customers and potential clients 3-4 times a week (including virtual meetings).
  • Demonstrating solid decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Effectively executing sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly, or annual expectations.
  • Working closely with other internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

We offer competitive compensation packages tailored individually based on your experience, with a combination of salary and uncapped commission.
