Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and delivery.
Work closely with shipping companies and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Track shipments and provide customers with real-time updates on their orders.
Handle documentation related to logistics operations, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
Order Management:
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications and company standards.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.

Qualifications:
