Migration Consultant

ProService is seeking a Migration Consultant to join our high performing team in our mission to facilitate seamless software migrations for our clients. As a Migration Consultant, you'll be at the forefront, guiding clients through their software transitions, offering expert assistance, and ensuring smooth handovers to our Service Team.

Your role will involve executing project timelines, solving technical problems, managing escalations, and providing comprehensive training on new platforms. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with precision and efficiency.

The Migration Consultant position enables you to leverage your passion for customer service, strong project management skills, and talent for relationship building to play a pivotal role in driving ProService's client satisfaction and operational success.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Facilitating customer-facing projects (implementation, software migrations) for smaller, entrepreneurial customers
• Project Management experience preferred, ideally within the HCM industry
• Business to business relationship building, including Customer Success or Account Management. CXO or executive leader relationship experience a plus
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced, professional, business environment that requires strong attention to detail
• Experience in HR, payroll or benefits administration preferred
• PEO or HCM technology required, familiarity with PrismHR and iSolved desired
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Google Applications
• Ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems including configuring, training and supporting on multiple system platforms.

The base compensation for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications.

For candidates based in Oahu, we support a hybrid working environment requiring 3 days/week in the office, in Hawaii-Kai.

To ensure effective collaboration and alignment with our team's workflow, we have a preference for candidates who are based in or willing to work within HST. While this is not a strict requirement, priority will be given to candidates who can accommodate this aspect of the role.
