Job Summary:
To serve as the educational leader of the school. The Principal is responsible for establishing high expectations for student achievement, both in and outside of the classroom setting, is instrumental in maintaining a school climate that is both inclusive and supportive of individual differences, and promotes an atmosphere of caring and trust. The Principal will facilitate the professional growth of the staff, and collaborate with other members of district leadership on the operation of the school facilities. They will promote a school culture that is free of bias and allows students to express their individuality and work collaboratively.
