Our mission is to arm frontline workers (Baristas, Waitstaff, Kitchen staff, FOH, BOH colleagues etc.) with all the tools they need to have a magical day at work, while also giving managers all the information and insights to auto-magically run their organization.

TL;DR
You will be a pioneer member of our US sales team with unconstrained growth potential
This is an end-to-end inside-sales role where you will run the process from prospecting to closing
You will get all the support you need w.r.t tools and training
And uncapped commissions!
Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of leads by contacting restaurant owners, franchise owners, restaurant executives etc. and qualify them into our ideal customer prospects - for this role you'll mainly be targeting independent brands or restaurant chains (typically franchisees with 10+ locations under management)
For now, you will need to build your top-of-funnel pipeline yourself (with some support from inbound leads, and SDRs down the line)
Send out outbound emails, or cold-calling as needed to drive interest in our solution
Conduct discovery calls and compelling demos to set up trials of our solution
And work closely with our CS team to close the deal
You may also be required to attend trade shows to promote the company and help you build more top of the funnel pipeline
We are a super customer-oriented company, so throughout the process it will be paramount to ensure our customers are super happy
Manage your CRM data and ensure it is kept up-to-date for tracking purposes
What it takes to be successful in this role
Since we're not selling a "widget", it's important to be able to act as an advisor to our prospects by identifying their pain points and guiding them to how KNOW can help
A generic email copy or rote memorized scripts will not make you successful - having a genuine passion for what we're doing, and understanding of how we can help solve their needs is critical
We DO NOT CARE about academic qualifications or anything of that sort. Real-world skills is all that matters
Knowing the restaurant industry deeply, and having an existing network in it, will be a huge plus and get you to hit the ground running
Compensation
$100,000 - $120,000 "OTE" (on-target-earnings) depending on location and experience, split 60% (Base) - 40% (Commissions), although commissions are UNCAPPED
