The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of transactional work experience, preferably including construction law. This role requires a strong commitment to client service, excellent communication skills, and a solid foundation in corporate and/or real property law. Duties and Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases.Providing legal advice and support on corporate transactions, real estate transactions, and other business matters.Conducting legal research and analysis on various transactional issues.Assisting with due diligence reviews and preparing transactional documentation.Collaborating with clients and colleagues to achieve client goals effectively and efficiently.Managing client relationships and maintaining regular communication. Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Admission to and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.2-3 years of transactional experience in a law firm setting.Experience with hourly billing and case management.Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing skills.Knowledge of corporate law and/or real property law on the transactional side.Experience in construction law is highly desirable.
