The Manager GTM Operations will serve as the key driver of operationalizing the Go To Market Strategy and Launch Processes. You'll help set our product go-to-market strategy, operationalize plans, and assist in establishing the foundation for new ideas to grow.

• You'll influence – Work with our Product teams and Retail Operations team to complete projects and launches as efficiently and cost effectively as possible

In this role, you will need to be a creative, cross functional leader and a team player as well as a master multi-tasker. This role will put everything through a Retail viewpoint to ensure all projects and process improvements evolve the customer experience

• You will be the primary driver to identify, evaluate and project manage cross-functional projects involving Product related strategies
• Monitor and inspect process and project management to identify, troubleshoot, communicate and facilitate solves around product and Go To Market projects
• Manage and lead GTM communications for daily, weekly and monthly documentation around projects and GTM strategy
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• BS degree preferred, plus 6+ years of experience in strategy / business development / operations / consulting or related experience.
• If MS degree, 4+ years experience required.
• Have a background in retail operations, customer experience and product operations in a performance-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills. You can quickly synthesize copious amounts of information, identify important takeaways, and determine the next steps. You're charismatic and can talk to anyone.
• Versatile team player and leader. You can succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational and business excellence.
• Project owner attitude while consistently challenging “How can we make this better?”
• Effective partner management experience, including track record of success building and nurturing relationships with internal and external partners
• Strong problem solving, project management, analytical and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize across product launches and projects
• Experience leading projects and hitting goals
