Analyzes and determines training needs and problems. Develops, administers, and implements all training programs in accordance with the Business' initiatives and strategies. Conducts special courses designed for training selected groups of employees.

Manages the vision of employee development at Molina Healthcare.
Integrates organizational business needs into learned offerings and priorities.
Conducts training needs analyses to understand specific group needs.
Based on needs analyses, translates knowledge of the organization, adult learning methodologies and instructional design into practical learning applications and solutions.
Manages training projects by defining the scope and objectives, identifying project tasks; and supervising instructional design and development of the project to effective implementation.
