We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. As an M&A Consultant, you will play a critical role in advising clients through complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients through the entire M&A lifecycle, from initial strategy formulation to post-transaction integration, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with their strategic objectives.
Roles And Responsibilities
Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance on M&A opportunities, deal structuring, valuation, and negotiation tactics.
Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments, evaluating financial, operational, and legal aspects of target companies to identify risks and opportunities.
Financial Modeling: Develop detailed financial models, including revenue projections, cost synergies, and financial impact analysis, to support decision-making and valuation processes.
Deal Execution: Lead or support transaction execution activities, including drafting offering memorandums, managing data rooms, coordinating legal documentation, and facilitating negotiations.
Integration Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop integration plans post-transaction, focusing on operational synergies, cultural alignment, and value realization.
Market Research: Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify potential acquisition targets, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing tailored M&A solutions that drive growth and value creation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist clients in navigating legal and regulatory challenges associated with M&A transactions.
