Job responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst, M&A:

• Perform and prepare deal evaluations, consolidations, forecasting
• Manage integrations after acquisition
• Create and present monthly financial package

Job requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst, M&A:

• Bachelors degree, Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years of M&A (buy side), strategy, i-banking, financial analysis
• Data visualization - PowerBI, Tableau, or SQL
• Ability to work with large data sets
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced modeling capabilities
• Well-rounded finance acumen
• Team-player mentality, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, grit, excellent communication and presentation skills
