Merchandising Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Merchandising Operations Specialist to join a top ecommerce company in Plantation, FL. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential to extend and will be based in their South Florida office on a hybrid basis.

• Pay Rate: $22/HR

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert independently overseeing a specific body of work/process in 1-2 areas. Execute work in this area, identify and eliminate risks, issues or potential defects, communicate with Vendor Partners and internal stakeholders, etc.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives involving Catalog systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or similar
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Advanced experience with Microsoft suite products
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a driving passion to change, challenge, and improve processes
• Prior experience with ERP systems
• Proficient in SQL and/or Tableau
• E-commerce background is a plus
