General Summary
Manage all Fiscal Sales, Receipt, Margin and Inventory Planning of multiple assigned departments using the JDA Enterprise Planning at the class and channel group level in order to maximize shareholder equity
Duties &Responsibilities
Oversee Fiscal Sales, Receipt, Margin, and Inventory Planning for assigned department
Perform ad hoc reporting analysis at product and store level to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Manage Open to Buy reporting and analysis for assigned department
Conduct regular meetings with assigned department to review all opportunities and risks
Manage reporting to support company initiatives to identify trends and areas of opportunity
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilites
Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, well organized, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), flexible, team player, customer driven.
Knowledge of basic merchandising and marketing principles.
Knowledge of analytical and planning principles for a retail business; knowledge of merchandise planning process a plus.
Knowledge of analytical and planning systems and tools such as JDA Enterprise Planning Suite, 1010data, or WebFocus.
Qualifications
Work Experience &/or Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, retail, or marketing plus 2 to 3 year of administrative or analytical experience in a marketing or merchandising department in a large retail corporation.
