Responsibilities
Conduct Engaging Classes: Your primary role as a teacher with us is to lead and engage children in educational activities. This includes delivering classes, facilitating activities, and ensuring active participation and learning among students.
Work with Specific Age Groups: You will work closely with children aged 6 to 12, adapting your teaching approach to meet their individual needs and learning styles.
Prepare and Implement Lessons: Utilize provided lesson plans and materials to deliver consistent, high-quality educational experiences. Preparation is key to ensuring effective learning outcomes for our students.
Participate in Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training sessions focused on LEGO robotics, AI technologies, and effective teaching methodologies. These sessions are designed to keep you updated with industry advancements and enhance your professional skills.
Contribute to Team Dynamics: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team-building activities and maintaining a supportive attitude towards colleagues. A cohesive team enhances the overall educational experience we provide.
Requirements
Passion for Working with Children: Demonstrated enthusiasm and ability to work effectively with children.
Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong interpersonal skills essential for engaging with students and collaborating with colleagues.
Educational Background: Experience in educational settings such as schools, camps, or after-school clubs is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in technology and digital literacy is crucial for integrating digital tools into educational activities.
Driver's License and Physical Ability: Ability to drive and lift up to 40 lbs of equipment as necessary for program activities.

Specialized Skills: Experience or interest in robotics, AI, or video content creation is advantageous.
